- Maintenance and repair updates, including scheduled work and service visits
- Building and property notices, such as water or utility shutoffs, parking, snow removal, and emergency alerts
- Rent and payment reminders
- Responses to questions or requests you send us

**How You Opt In**
You agree to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number to us and consent to receive texts, for example on your lease, rental application, resident form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of renting or of any purchase.

**Opting Out**
To opt out at any time, text **STOP**. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can opt back in by texting **START**.
